We collect only the data that you voluntarily provide by filling in the website's forms.

Inquiry (contact) form

You provide your name, email address, message text and, if desired, your company name and attached documents (up to 3 files). We process this data in order to respond to your inquiry and provide the requested information about our services.

Career (application) form

You provide your first and last name, phone number, email address, the position you are applying for, and your curriculum vitae (CV). We process this data in order to evaluate your candidacy for a specific position and to contact you.

Website traffic statistics

If you visit our website, we also collect aggregated, anonymized visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate number of visitors). IP addresses are anonymized, and cookies are not used to track visitors.

How do we use the information collected?

We may use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • to the company "Google" — only after you have given separate consent, a "Google Maps" map is loaded on the contacts page, due to which your IP address is transferred to "Google".
  • to law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

What do we do to protect your information?

Personal data is protected from loss, unauthorized use, and alteration. We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect the collected information: the website operates over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to form data is granted only to authorized employees. We remind you that, although we take appropriate steps to protect your information, no operation carried out over the internet is completely secure.

We store inquiry form data until your inquiry is resolved, and for up to 6 months afterwards for possible further correspondence. We store application form data (CV) only during the specific recruitment process; once the recruitment ends, the data of non-selected candidates is deleted, unless the candidate separately consents to their data being stored for possible future recruitment (up to 1 year). Once the term expires, the data is deleted in such a way that it cannot be reproduced.

Your rights

The data subject whose data is processed in the Data Controller's activities has the following rights:

  • to know (be informed) about the processing of their data;
  • to access their data and how it is processed;
  • to demand the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data;
  • to demand the destruction of their data;
  • to demand the restriction of the processing of their data;
  • to object to the processing of personal data when this data is processed or intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling insofar as it relates to such direct marketing. If you no longer wish your personal data to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, you may write an email to the address indicated at the bottom of this text, or call by phone and object to your personal data being processed for direct marketing purposes and/or object to your personal data being subject to solely automated processing, including profiling*, without stating the reasons for your objection.

* Based on the personal data you provide, for direct marketing purposes, profiling of your personal data may be carried out in order to offer you individually tailored solutions and offers. You may at any time withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data by automated means, including profiling, or object to it. The data subject has the right to submit any request or instruction related to the processing of personal data to the Data Controller in writing in one of the following ways: by delivering it directly to the address; by post; by email, indicated at the bottom of this text. Upon receiving such a request or instruction, the Data Controller shall, no later than within one month from the date of the application, provide a response and carry out the actions specified in the request or refuse to carry them out. If necessary, the specified period may be extended by a further two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In such a case, within one month from the date of receipt of the request, the Data Controller shall inform the data subject of such an extension, together with the reasons for the delay. The Data Controller may not enable data subjects to exercise the rights listed above, except for the objection to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, when, in cases provided for by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation, and detection of crimes or breaches of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
